Step 1: A free review

You contact me and tell me what you're dealing with — a few photos help, but they're not required. I'll give you an honest read on whether I can help, and what it would look like. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Step 2: A walkthrough

For estate cleanouts and storage exits, I come see the space in person (East Bay area). We walk through together, and I tell you straight what has resale value, what should be donated, and what needs to go. You'll know the full plan before anything leaves the house.

Step 3: I do the work

I research every worthwhile item against actual sold prices — not guesses. I photograph, list, and market across my sales channels. I handle every buyer message, every showing, every pickup. You don't lift, list, or negotiate anything.

Step 4: You get a proceeds report

As items sell, I keep a running record, so you always know what sold and for how much. With the Storage Exit service, you keep 100% of what sells.

Step 5: The space is empty

What doesn't sell gets donated or responsibly cleared — coordinated by me. The house, garage, or storage unit ends up empty, and the monthly bills stop. That's the whole point: your life back.

Common questions

Do I need to be there? For the walkthrough, yes — I want your eyes on the plan. After that, no. Once we've agreed on the plan, I handle everything and keep you updated by text.

What about sentimental items? You pull anything with meaning before I start. I never decide what matters to your family.

What if I live out of state? It happens. We do the walkthrough by video call, and I handle everything on the ground.

How fast can you start? As soon as we've done the walkthrough and agreed on the plan, I get moving. Storage Exit jobs run on a 45-day clock because every month of rent is money burned.
