FAQ
Real answers to the questions I get asked the most. Don't see yours? Just ask me.
How does it work?
I photograph your items, list them across multiple marketplaces, handle the buyers, and get them sold. You don't have to deal with any of it.
Do I keep my items or do you take them?
Usually you keep them — I bring the buyers to you. For smaller items, I can hold them myself. It depends on the situation and what you're comfortable with.
What do you charge?
20% commission on what sells. Small lots never have a service fee. Large projects like estate cleanouts and storage liquidations have a service fee starting at $100 — I quote it up front before we start, and it scales with the size of the job.
What is the Storage Exit?
$988 flat. I get 45 days to sell everything in your storage unit that's worth selling, and you keep 100% of the proceeds. On day 46, whatever's left gets donated or hauled away and the unit is empty. Disposal fees for things like mattresses or certain electronics are extra, passed through at cost. Read the full details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — I'm licensed, insured, and bonded, and I hold a seller's permit.
What areas do you serve?
The East Bay, based around Antioch and Brentwood.
How do I get started?
Call or text (925) 206-7931 and tell me what you've got. I'll take it from there.
